Customers satisfaction is the ultimate goal of us and we aim to deliver the best Tesla Accessories and services to Tesla owners. Please review the following warranties and conditions of sale. All products we are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of receipt unless otherwise specified.
If the items arrived proves to be defective, please follow the instruction on our Return and Refund Policy page to request a replacement or refund.
The Tesries 1 YEAR WARRANTY
warrants all products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 1-Year from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the proper instructions for returning the product at your expense, we will repair or replace your product. Replacements will be the same model as originally purchased; every attempt to replace the same color will be made. This limited 1 year warranty applies to any repair, replacement part or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period
This Warranty does not apply to:
- Any cosmetic damage, such as scratches, tears, nicks, and dents;
- Any damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water or other liquids, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
- Any damage to the foam padding on the bottom of the Center Console Insert product that is hidden from view after installation;
- Any damage caused by service performed by anyone
- Any damage caused to a product that has been modified, customized
- Any damage that has been caused by installing the product in any vehicle other than a Tesla.
- Any damage or defects to products resulting from improperly installation by either installers or operators or failure to follow instructions in the product owner’s manual/installation guides.
- The Battery in our electronic products is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
we will accept no liability or responsibility for shipping, labor costs, towing or storage charges, or any other costs incurred due to the use of parts sold by us.
All parts returned for warranty replacement or refund must be accompanied by the original invoice, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs or returns.
