The Tesries Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days
Refunds:
Upon receipt of your return, we’ll process it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, notifying you via email.
Full refunds are provided for faulty products. For non-faulty items, refunds exclude all shipping fees.
Please note, shipping fees of any kind, whether to our return facilities or elsewhere, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
We do not cover any other incidental fees that occur with the return process
